In one of my former posts, I showed you how to use the affiliate marketing techniques to get leads for your network marketing business. I just found out that some of you out there don’t know what to say to those hard earned leads (and BTW, thanks to all those who have reached out to me to let me know).
Well, you know how when you finally get to speak (or write an email) to someone who is ideal to become your customer or business partner and you afraid to blow it up by what you say/write?
Most of the people feel like this, but some found the answer. One of them is Tom “Big Al” Schreiter, And he even wrote a book on that called – “Ice Breakers! How To Get Any Prospect To Beg You For A Presentation”.
I am a huge fan of Tom “Big Al” Schreiter, he has numerous “How-to” books and he is conducting training all over the world. With regard to this topic (Tom “Big Al” Schreiter Ice Breakers), you might also want to check his following two books as well:

His methods and techniques are no fluff and straight to the point with ‘how to do’ and ‘what to do instruction. He concentrates on improving how we speak to other people minds. And since our brain hadn’t changed for the last few 1000’s years, his methods are ageless!
Each ‘NO’ gets you closer to a ‘YES’…Is It?
I know you have been told that it is a number game, and each ‘NO’ get you closer to a ‘YES’. But If you have been out there long enough, like me, you know this is nonsense!
If the words that you say get you “No” as an answer, saying them more often won’t change the results!
Albert Einstein defined Insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results!”
Change the words if you want a different answer.
Would it be okay to learn how to get a ‘YES’?

What have you felt when you read “would it be okay…”?
Probably ease and relaxed. When you ask people “would it be okay?…” even before completing the sentence you’ll notice that their head nod mildly as for ‘YES’. Try it at home and use the comments below to let me know how did it work for you. I’ve tried it at work, and as long your request is reasonable it works like a charm.
Would it be okay to get a raise, unfortunately, doesn’t work 😉
The pattern is: “Would it be okay if” + benefit
For example: Would it be okay to have 2 paychecks instead of one?

One important reason why it is highly relevant to any ONLINE MARKETER
For those who think, well I’m going to build my business using online methods like blogging and email marketing, so all this not relate to me (since I’m not going to speak with no prospects).
Well, you couldn’t be so far from the truth!
Even if you are doing purely affiliate marketing this relates exactly to what you write on your emails subject line and your posts title and first paragraph.
If no one is clicking your affiliate links in the middle of the post or open your emails, that means that you need to improve your headlines and opening sentences (aka Ice Breakers).
